Challenger super magnum steel

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but I just picked up a box of #2 3" challenger for ducks and geese to give it a try. The target load in sure as many of you agree is awesome stuff and cheap. These shells seem to be over crimped a bit and not water proof, which is weird for a waterfowl load. Just wondering if anyone has any experience using these and how they ran? Thanks guys

I run Challenger slugs in my Remington Marine Magnum, never a hiccup, accurate, top-quality. I am sure it will be the same for their bird loads.

I've used their slugs before and they were awesome and know tons of guys that run them back home. The #2s however ran and cycled through my Versamax without a hiccup. However I couldn't hit the broad dide of a barn until is etched back to my federal a. Glad I only bought one box to try. Don't have a place to pattern so depend on how the birds fall lol
