Does anyone have any experience with the Chaparral Arms SAAs Marstar has for sale? Price is hard to beat, but all the reviews I've read of their rifles have been either very positive or terrible, it sounds like they've had some QC issues. Does this hold for the revolvers?

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION;
The QC problems you read about refer mostly to firearms that were assembled in the USA by Chaparral's partner Charter Arms.

Before accepting to represent Chaparral we did our homework, did a lot of testing etc,etc....

In Canada it is a different story, you are dealing with our company, our warranty policy etc....

Is there any chance you ask them to make a flattop version with (or without) removable front blade?
I am a little wary about getting a gun shooting left or right. A flattop would also show some originality (and probably wouldn't sell well, like the original :)).

Thanks for the time you spend clarifying things here.

Thank you John.

Another question: do these guns have flat or wire springs for the trigger and the cylinder stop?
