So, I've been playing with this programming mode trying to get it more accurate. No dice... you can get it within +/- 0.1 gr., but its always a clump of powder that makes it hit the desired weight. So, I tried this: I wrapped paper tightly around a 3/16" rod until it was large enough to fit in my piece of McDonald's straw. I made it about 1 1/4" long and put it in the feed tube.
I adjusted the parameters to:
HSP_A1 = 8.00
HSP_B1 = 3.00
HSP_C1 = 1.00
Its slower, but it doesn't overflow at all. In fact you can see a single kernel put it on the desired weight each time.
I think I can adjust it to run faster for longer. But try this, you'll be impressed with the accuracy.
