Charley Tarac? Anyone use one? Available in Canada?

They sent one to an Austrialian couple who are well known in the ELR scene and he posted a few videos of it.


Since he posted it the manufacturer has restricted it to US civilians only with ID and certain foreign counters, from what I gather. If I was seriously into ELR I would definitely want one.

I have one. Works well. Well made seems like. Pretty cool concept for Ultra Long Range without having to get ridiculous with scope bases.
