The wife is looking for a 22 revolver.
I expect the revolver will only see about a 1000 rounds a year. For the price the pathfinder seems like a decent deal; on line reviews seen all over the map with general agreement that trigger pull is tough. Somewhat expected with a rimfire.
Any experience with this unit?
Or buy once, cry once and look for a SP101?

you will not be disappointed with the SP101 AND it has a solid reputation. If for any reason it has a problem, warranty service is available. Cheaper is not always better, especially in this case.

STAY AWAY from the Pathfinder! I bought one new and it was a total dissappointment. Extremely inaccurate and would not eject the empties, even after polishing the cylinder holes. I have since sold the Pathfinder and bought a Aplha-project and I have been extremely pleased for a budget .22 revolver, it is 10X the revolver than the Charter Arms.
