I have three Charter Arms Bulldogs in 44 Spl. I have had one of them for over 30 years and have really enjoyed it.

I used brute force and ignorance to pound a stuck case out of the chamber and broke part of the extractor.

For $30 (including parts, shipping and tax) they repaired the cylinder. In two weeks!

I had a light primer strike problem with my new, just before ban, Undercover Lite in 38spl. Wrote them an email and they sent over a new hammer, redesigned hammer spring, and firing pin spring. No charge.

Best customer service.
