CHAS 3 Gun League 2015 Match Dates

Thanks to everyone who came out to the skills & drills today. We had about 25 shooters and beautiful weather. Couldn't have gone better. I think everyone's trigger fingers were sore by the end of the day. Here are some pics:

Thank you to all who came out. We had some great weather and a great bunch of people out to enjoy it.
I am glad everyone enjoyed the afternoon and I trust everyone had an opportunity to test out their gear.
Hope to see everyone out for our match on 21 March.
 
We are busy putting together the stages for our match on Saturday 21 March. We have four stages being planned out, with the last one being a head to head shoot off style. Should have all the stages finalized by the end of the weekend.
This is going to be a good match, hope to see everyone out for it.
 
Just finished building two new VTAC barricades for use during Saturday's match. They look very nice, sturdy too.
Times for the match on 21 March are below:

0800hrs - Set up for the match
0900hrs - Sign in (Registration) 100m Range
0930hrs - Range/Safety Brief 100m Range
1000hrs – Match Begins

Thanks to all who came out for our first match of the season. It was a great day despite the somewhat cooler weather than we have been used to for the last couple weeks.
Big thank you to all who helped set up and tear down.

The head to head shoot out was a great finish to a good day. I hope everyone enjoyed the stages and gained some good experiences using their guns and gear.

Our next match is coming up on 4 April, we will have 5 stages to include another head to head shoot off. For all non CHAS members, a gate code will be sent out on 3 April by email. If your not already on our email list, please send an email to chastgl@gmail.com to get added.

Please see the first post in the thread for a change to our match schedule for the summer. 2 May is now a work day vice a match due to range construction.

Thank-you to Trevor, Chris, Bill, and Paul for putting together another awesome shoot. While the weather wasn't necessarily with us, the stages were great fun. In my opinion, there weren't any "easy" stages as every one was designed to reveal an individuals weaknesses (always a good thing). I know came home with a few more things to work on. As always, well worth the drive down from Grande Prairie. Thanks again for a great match.
