Well I think I've identified these right. Any idea what they might be roughly worth? I'm still trying to decide which ones to keep, you may see a couple on the EE, not sure.
First up Chassepot M1866 Needle fire. Made by Manufacture Imperiale Chatellerault. No numbers on it. Has cleaning rod
Next up is a Chassepot M1871 but no bolt. Has 1882 on the side as well as IG Mod 71. If you have a bolt PM me. ***It has now been identified as a Mauser 1871*** I still need a bolt.
1869/71 Vetterli made by W.v.Steiger. FRT shows this as a 1869 but from what I looked up it is actually a 1869/71. Someone has chopped it at some time. Bolt doesn't match. There is a crack and chip by the butt plate. Cool gun.
Last one is a 1863 US Springfield that has had the stock cut down. There is a crack in the stock behind the hammer that has been pinned.
Like I said, please tell me if I got it right. I just spent the last 4 hrs on the net trying to figure out what they are. As well if you have any idea what they might be worth as I may put one or two on the EE to ease the pain of what I paid for them.
