I don't think you can beat Wally mart, they have a bunch of brand name stuff for under $20 a box. I'm not expert but finding surplus in .06 isn't going to happen, but should you find some let me know, I'll take a bunch.

Give the guys at Del Selin's in Vernon a call. They can save you a couple of bux per box over Wally World. Of course shipping could wipe that savings out. BC is a big place.

Legally? Yes, with an American export permit. To get one you must first have a Canadian import permit. Export without permit from the USA is against US law.
