I recently tried to order 3 boxes of 44 mag from SIR they wanted $10.00 shipping I would have bought them but they were out of stock, and had no idea when theyd get some in.

With regards to 308 from Cambodian Tire- I judge from your reply in the Tac Rifle poll, you still can't find any of that cheap Federal 156gr.
Mission CT, you have to ask, and have them scan the shelf label, else you will wait for weeks before the clue into the fact "there ain't no 156gr Federal 308 ammo on the shelf...". They've got one associate working that section who knows the drill...
Abbotsford and Langley are a waste of time until they complete their reno's; they couldn't find thier a** with both hands right now, though they do a better job than Mission, even with their handicap.
The Surrey and Burnaby stores are your best bet for cheap .308 right now, though Lever in Van usually has some good prices, especially if you buy '10 boxes or more...'.

looks like I missed out on that online Canadian tire coupon thing. I asked at a few stores (I had to) before someone could tell me it was only on as a promotion for their 85th anniversary or whatever. I would be more mad at missing it except I had a good reason to (hunting)
