is there ever cheap bulk .308 available in brass casing? was thinking about ordering a kel tec rfb but after looking at the prices for .308 i dont think its a great idea, I think it would sure cost alot to feed it. i understand you cant pump the cheap steel cased stuff through it so wonderd if theres anywere you can buy bulk brass case .308. $650 for 100 rounds seemd alright, but for brass even in bulk for our sponsers it seems like the cheapest is $485 for 500 rds. almost a buck a shots pretty steep with a gun like that. might have to stick to .223 instead haha. thanks.

The only answer to cheap(er) centerfire is to reload. Even in bulk, you won't get boxer primed, brass cased .308 for much less than $1/round. Reloading will cut that in half or less if you buy components in bulk.
