Of course I blamed him right away...but even so, this group appeared 4" above the point of aim and exactly on center . Boat tail 140's have a long point blank range. I do not know the BC of prvi bullets, I am sure they are not over .6 like the upper class bullets, but even if they are .45, that is still very flat.

OP, have you tried your loads farther out?.
My high BC 140gr boat tail groups often get tighter, measured MOA wise, at 2 or 3 hundred plus yards. IF ... the wind ain't blowing it's will-y-wa's.
"Fliers" have spoiled many a good group in the past. Not so much anymore, since eliminating run out with the collet and BR seating dies. Nowadays, the misses are pretty much all "shooter error"
