Cheap ammo for M4

I have to admit that I am in love Since I got my M4 I am finding myself shooting it almost every day regardless of time availability The range I am shooting in allows only lead buckshot. When Fiocchi is a great, but it's a bit on expensive side. What cheap ammo you can recommend for M4 and who sells it in Toronto (Markham)?
