The hoopes "elite" line doesn't have even a hint of the aroma of the classic line, seems to work to keep rust away though.

Well Curtton lets put it this way. Hoppes No. 9 is the Mother Perfume of all gun solvents. Go get some and once you crank open the bottle, drive your nose right in there and give er. Jez and to think I started a thread a while back about my concerns of breathing fumes from corrossive ammo

But I'll suck in that Hoppes Fragrence like no one's business. Ok, so I'm a stoner.

You cannot "neutralise" the salts, you can only wash them away with water (boiling preferred), or cover them up with oil.

Spend more time importing us more 7.62x39 ammo and less nit picking over semantics.
