Cheap and easy to load for varmint cartridges?

22 hornet or the K version is fun , not as dramatic as many of the other caliber listed. But with 30 barnes varmagedon they done crawl back the the lazy box for snacks.. and cheap pistol primers as mentioned are available.
Hornady SX soft point are.good for the price

I have had both a 221 Fireball and a 17 Fireball and I like the 17 a lot more. It's a fantastic and fun cartridge to shoot. I found the 221 to be underwhelming.

My favourite varmint cartridge is 6BR with 70gr Ballistic Tips. Super accurate, super easy to load for and super fun to shoot.

I've never had one but a 222 would be a really good varmint cartridge as well.

I already have a 22 hornet (browning a-bolt 2 micro) and a Tikka m595 in.222 both left handed, both neat, neither I want to re-barrel to a big fluted bull barrel for lots of varmint shooting.... All that being said, I have acquired 222/223 to 221 fireball form dies, as well as 20 Vartarg FL die, all of which is used to produce 17 fireball brass from 223 brass. What made the 221 underwhelming for you?

222 Rem, not far behind the 223, right twist for 45-55gr bullets which are cheap and plentiful, 99% of the time the 222Rem is more accurate then the 223 with those same weight bullets.

For me, 223 Rem, ball powder, CCI450, speer 50gr TNT. In bulk, these bullets would be well under $200/1000. Hard to find but well priced and very accurate.

Moderate loads so not stressing anything, easy 400yds
