The D&H and Pmags are better mags than the LAR. They don't hold 10 rounds but they are easier for fast mag changes and looks wise resemble regular capacity. I have some LAR mags and like them for some purposes but they aren't a replacement. You buy them in addition. Or at least that used to be the case.

I would agree with that, yes. Once coupled, tho, they look pretty good. Still doesn't justify some of the pricing we are seeing on the EE, especially when LAR's are in stock, and about $25 each.

the standard LAR followers are just ok. They are better when replaced with magpul

Thanks, but I'll stick with the bonafide "Magpul" ones that don't contain more lead than the ammunition they're designed to hold.

Yes, they do. SFRC has LAR15 mags for $24.95, as opposed to $50.

I just ordered 2000 metal US made AR15 5/30 Mags with anti tilt followers. I should know what the delivery date is in the next couple weeks. They will retail about $23-$25.

Like I said, SFRC has them for $24.95. If someone wants a 100% price increase for those add ons, that's up to them whether its worth it or not.
