Cheap Bulk 9mm?

I've used a couple of cases of Barnaul 9mm no problems whatsoever. It is about the cheapest I've seen.

WWB goes for about 300 bucks for 1000. I've tried CCI, Remington, S&B but none was as good as WWB for me.

I've just bought some Tula .223 and it works fine too. I'd be interested in their 9mm when it is in stock.

Reliable Gun in Vancouver has Blazer 115gr for as low as $299.95/1000. Custom Reloads (also in Vancouver Metro) has 124gr. at $152/500. I've never tried Tulammo before but I have the same issue as I've read about with steel casings, not trusting them (and not always allowed on indoor ranges). DVC Ventures in Coquitlam will allow steel casings but not steel core. I wouldn't want to buy 1000 rounds to find out there was a bit of steel in the projectile. I prefer to shoot 124/147gr., but with the 0.30-0.40 per round, I might have to go with the cheaper 115gr.
