cheap bullet?

ive read in a lot of thread peoples discuss about cheap bullet (like 5-6$ for a 100) were can i find such price for 9mm bullet?

im fairly a newbie in reloading and just want cheap cost for 9mm plinking with my norc tokarev

im from quebec if it can help, your help will be welcome

Marstar and higginsons carry frontier bullets they are about 80 per thousand. Super cheap would be to cast your own. Probably run you a couple bucks per thousand.
