Gentlemen, I am in the market for a Dillon 650, where is the cheapest place to get one right now? I wanted to purchase it from" the shooters edge " but they have been out of stock for awhile now. Any suggestions? Of course the full meal deal press with case feeder in 45 ACP. Any help would be appreciated.

I looked at Dillon Precision but it looked like they only ship with UPS and their brokerage fees are crazy.

I got mine right from Dillon, it works out to be cheaper direct from them. It got here in two days, seriously. Shipping was steep, like $250 I believe but two days from Arizona to Newfoundland is impressive. Many quotes from Canadian retailers were $150+ for shipping anyway, may not be an issue for you in Alberta though

For myself, when I'll have 20 000 brass cases of 9mm from shooting commercial ammo, I'll get one and do a reloading spree.

I have reloaded 9mm on my single stage press and it isn't worth my time.

P&D is too expensive, they want 750 for just the press. That's around a third of the cost of the case feeder. I checked out MD Gardner and their prices look good. Thanks to everyone for their input, it's tough to stay up on prices by yourself, good to have this resource as I didn't even know of MD Gardner. Thanks again!!

bah, 2000$ is a full top 650 for 223, 9mm, 45 with all quick change kits, and while at it, a badass tumbler and separator, and some more stuff I don't need but would like to waste money on...
last time I checked I was close to 2000$ with shipping.
Bah, not right now, I don't even shoot much pistol anymore anyway. Just got an atv that I am restoring and a trailer and I would rather hunt than reload and shoot. Maybe this winter, or next spring, but right now, screw the press.... I work 60 hours a week so reloading pistol right now is not exactly in my priority list.

Bought my XL650 from TSE in Calgary... There price was excellent at the time.

Have had dealings with Doc Gardner as well, nothing but positive thing to say about the transactions.

And you maybe surprised how quick you can recoupe the cost on a Dillon when you start reloading 9mm with cast bullets and range brass.... Start loading .40/.45/.223 and its an easy decision.
