i know this is the wrong section but ive got the attention of some people willing to help here. if i buy this kit

what else would i need to get started? i know id need power primers ive got casings and the bullet itself.
.223 Rem is your only choice if you want to meet everything in your title.
That kit is a starting point. It will work for you but it's a wee bit cheap. I bought one for the press for my hillbilly version of a multi-stage. Turns out I prefer to do it one step at a time as mistakes can be bad news. If you have an excuse to go up to Gravehurst drop in to Epps on Hwy 11 N. They have a good selection of used dies and you can find a good used press sometimes. Lee dies work but if your getting a basic set I'd get RCBS or Hornady.
