Good to know. Wish these were around earlier before buying factory mags at stupid prices.

I have never had an issues with anything i have purchased from them. They sell good stuff at good prices . While i didn't buy 226 mags i did just receive a few of the Beretta 92 mags from them and they work just as the originals do .
I dont know about the Sig or Cz models but I would assume the quality would be the same and after going to the range I can say the Beretta model functions better than some Mec Gar ones I have tried in the past.

Is your source of information our competition? We have non-disclosure agreement with the factory otherwise I would name the manufacturer then you would see that these ones cost same amount at the factory as the competition so called quality. Where quality is the 3x profit added when they are imported

I felt the same way, seeing as the MecGar ones weren't that expensive to begin with (and are excellent mags). Bought many of them at $35 CDN/piece. Maybe the prices have gone up on them...
Anybody making Sig Pro SP2022 knock-off mags that work, I'd be interested. They're around $35 - $41 US funds for them. Of course, this isn't a highly produced firearm so I'm sure anything like that wouldn't be feasible.
I used cz 75 mags from corwin for few months, beretta 92 I just got them. Quality is on par with mags that came with the pistol. Actually same magazines as supplied by corwin are sold in few stores on the lower mainland for $40+. I saw them as high as $57 at one Vancouver store I shell not mention here since they are sponsor on this forum
It's unfortunate that Corwin had to call you out before you added the caveat that the comments about the mag quality were undocumented and anecdotal. I expect better from you.
I bought a bunch of the 1911 ones and they worked great for a year. Now the springs have seemingly gotten softer over time and no longer have enough umph to support the hold open last round function of my Norinco 1911. The stock Norinco mags still work great. I ordered new mag springs from Wolf but haven't got them yet.

These mags are stamped "made in Italy" and although Corwin cannot say who the manufacturer is, let us just say those who know, know ... without needing to be told.
I took a look at these mags and they instantly impressed me with their quality.
While it is true I have yet to run them through my pistols, my first impressions were so positive I will be carrying them on my website as well.

"called out" hmm, if you read my original post you'll see I specifically stated "I've heard" if that somehow is confusing to people that isn't my problem. Many of my opinions on many things, are based on the experiences and opinions of others, as are many other people's. That's why we share information.
all that said, Corwin Arms has reached out to me and I am going to test some mags from them. I think this is an amazingly standup thing for them to do and I look forward to trying the mags out, personally.
