Cheap red dot, what brand to get?

Im looking for cheap ($100 or less) red dot or reflex sight for use on my .40 CX4 Storm.
Been looking at NC Star, Walther or Tasco.

All have both good & bad reviews. I know the tasco name but the other two have some very nice looking units.

I asked the same question here a few weeks ago with 0 replies.

I got one of these 552 clones off ebay for my 10/22. Should be here next week. More of a holosight than a red dot though. I'll let you know if it's a POS or not.

Beware of the cheap stuff, they can handle the recoil for a while but all the adjustments are made of plastic and it's hard to get a good zero because when used they just moved crooked, cheap is never a good option... JP.

I hate cheating out but it's all I can afford to spend. I would trust an old Tasco but don't know about a new one.

The NC Star is dirt cheap and comes with the mount I need as well. But......

I would try to get a used 25 or Sparc for less money, they are good... JP.

a bushnell trs 25 is as cheap as I would go

Both the bushnell and spare look like good units with better than average reviews.
Now any suggestions on a reflex sight?
