In 2008 I managed to get a couple of days hunting Roe deer in England while visiting a friend. It was surprisingly affordable.
On another thread a CGN'er mentioned traveling to Wyoming (IIRC) to hunt Antelope with his kid, also surprisingly affordable.
I was wondering if anyone else had ideas and approximate costs on other adventurous hunts outside of their home province? Hunting opportunities that could be had for, say, less then $300 CAD? I have a friend who has gone on a number of cull hunts in South Africa (large ranch - high fence stuff - like a lot of Texas I would assume) for very little money.
I am thinking of mostly "non-trophy" hunts such as culls and do-it-yourself opportunities, but cheap options for head-gear wouldn't be ruled out!
Ideas anyone?
