Cheap Tumblers?

It was cheap and seemed to work but I think it took much longer than commercial ones.
I'd say. It only takes my tumbler about an hour or so to clean a batch of brass. These days with the price of electricity going up you might come out ahead in the long run by buying a proper tumbler.

I made a couple home made jobs, and after burning out 2 fan motors, realized it wouldn't take long before I would pay for a commercial one.

FWIW, my cases are clean in corn cob in an hour, or less. If they are gross or tarnished, they may go for an hour or more in walnut first.

Well yeah, I can get cases clean in less than an hour, but if I want them nice and shiny it takes a bit longer, but like I said, it usually doesn't take longer than an hour or two.
