Had one too, once. Used to think it was good, then I got my first Leupold Mk4 to replace it, and by god I was missing a lot!
Well at those prices I should hope so. Does the Leupold clean the gun for you too when you're done?

I'd check out the new Simmons scopes. They have changed the guts for 2006, and the buzz is now make one of the toughest scopes around.

I used a 6-18x50 Bushnell Banner Dusk + Dawn for years on my 22-250, and she accounted for a few hundred dead coyotes/wolves at distances most would not shoot.

I used it to poke clay pigeons at 500yds, and it would hit them all day long

It was a tough scope, and never let me down. I since replaced it with a Leupold.... but the dogs have not been hitting the ground any faster.

That is my choice for an economical varmint scope (light recoilers), about 5 of my pards still use them... and love'em.

I second the Dusk to dawn , I have put mine through 6 years of hell and never once has it failed ,fogged .. For the price cant go wrong.

Huntsman your math is wrong you probably me add an extra 150 to his 150 seeing that the posted price is 292. But Gods honest truth is that my 4-12 dusk till dawn is going to be moving back to my 17hmr and i would really like to replace it with that rifleman scope, we will see what the budget says.

Though cheaper glass = more guns :)
