Hi, I'm looking at paring down my guns to one pistol, and one rifle, and one shotgun.
So, I'm thinking about a switchbarrel 1911a1 for my pistol, as I've got a basic .45 already, and like it.I've been looking at different calibers, and one that looks neat is .38/.45 hardhead. It's the old .38/45 clerke but using .451 detonics brass necked down to .38 instead of normal .45 acp, so you can utilize the higher chamber pressure of .451 detonics.
But.... I need a .38 super barrel to start with to ream out. Anywhere affordable?
