Cheapest .50 cal bmg ammo?

The US , you can still buy surplus for a couple of bucks (US) per round, the problem is it is illegal to export it from the US, by US law.
SO that leaves us with bringing in ammo from across the big pond as our government will not allow the sale of its surplus round to be sold to a civilian, hence the freight to bring in ammo is HUGE and the hassle to bring in foreign made stuff is also expensive.
I have a fairly large investment in 50 cal ammo due to the nature of importing it, hence the $10.00 per round reflects the cost of freight and interest on the capital invested that piles up while waiting for it to sell.

I would certainly want to clarify if this is recent remanned ammo or if it really was made in 1953 as the headstamp indicates. 53 vintage would concern me, probably would still go bang, but how accurately???? If it is reman it should be ok, illegally here more than likely but who cares , you are not breaking any laws buying it
