Cheapest complete AR-15 upper in Canada?

There is a spike's upper on the EE for 250 w/o FH as well... otherwise, you are better off buying a complete rifle (Sale priced) from IRUNGUNS and taking the upper off of it.

I have applied to the EE but haven't been approved yet, I would love any upper for $250, I built my lower for $200 all said and done.
 
What are your purposes with this "cheap" reasoning?

Don't come back over here asking us why your upper isn't working properly.

The AR platform doesn't lend itself to the cheap mentality. This isn't an SKS. If you want the cheapest out there you will get the most unreliable out there. Simple.

I'm just trying to prevent you some future problems.
 
Thanks for your concern but I dont have thousands to spend on my first AR, An affordable new or used complete upper is all I need to finish this build under $500.
