Cheapest new AR?

See I wouldnt be opposed to this idea .. but I have NO idea how to put lowers and uppers together. To add to this, I am not entirely sure what all the differences are between the varients of the AR class.

You buy them complete, and they just stick together with pins. The upper and lower receivers come apart for cleaning. My AR is a DPMS lower and CMMG upper and they work great together.

You can buy all the separate parts and build the rifle yourself if you want.

Go to Arms East, buy the Stag lower for 415 bucks, then when you have more cash buy the Stag upper for 750 bucks, they connect together with one pin, it's very simple to do it yourself, don't pay extra for someone to put the pin in for you.

Lots of folks dissing the norinco, but my experience with the one that I had it was as accurate as a rack grade c-7. Reliable and ugly as sin. The hand grips look terrible and the gray paint is just wrong. Nothing 30 bucks of hand guards and Paint will not fix. I liked mine a lot but I sold it to get on Canada ammo's t-97 list.
