I have bought all my new equipment direct from Dillon. Great people and great customer service.

Look on ebay as well. There are some good retailers that have cheap shipping.

I wasn't able to find a dealer in Canada with reasonable prices (and they still had to ship to me in SK)

I would buy a unit in canada. The amount you will save is not to much. I just figured one out for me and by the time I pay duty and shipping and gas to go to border to get it I was only gonna save about 20 bucks. So I got my local gunshop to order me one in. Just my opinion.
