cheapest place to get 5.56/.223 ammo ?

i saw vendor's thread on the home page few days ago advertising sale on .223/5.56 ammo this weekend for $389.00/1000 Rds but can't for the life of me seem to find it again.

the cheapest i can find now is other vendors selling it for $429 with free shipping or $419 no free shipping, which arent bad prices (42-42 cent/rd) but i'm trying to find that other cheaper place cause they had sale on 9mm and .45 too which i need both
 
have you looked at western metal?

usually free shipping if order over 300$, which can make a difference for ammo shipping!

I beleive SFRC also has free shipping over 300$

Edit: damn, I'm trying to find the place where I got xmetal for 'cheap'... but can't find it! :(
