Cheapish AR Upper

My mind seems to be stuck on buying a somewhat complete(forward assist and ejection port cover, no barrel) or stripped, AR15 upper as a project.
The daniel defense one at wolverines seems to be priced right, but I'm new in the AR game and might be missing a better deal else where??

Not entirely sure where I'm going with this build yet.

I'm also interested in this. I saw that Arms East had Aero Precision uppers but I heard they won't be in stock for a few weeks at minimum.

you can t go wrong with a DD upper. you may get a better price on something else, but DD makes great quality stuff.

There is a dude in the EE trying to sell a blowed up upper as "ok for a dedicated .22" for $60..... lol..... you could get in the door real cheap there!!! Why these guys don't just take the hacksaw to their mistakes, instead of trying to make a few dollars and in the process maybe have some other guy eat aluminum as a result blows my mind. Selling broken gun parts is the definition of cheap in my books!!

There is not much out there cheaper than $140 and certainly NOT with he name Daniel Defense on it!
Quality product for a great price. Grab one or some.
