Just wanted to show off my first bolt action build i always like to see them when they are posted so i thought i would share mine
I have always been a gas gun guy but because of the state of our once great country that aint an option anymore so i decided to try my hand at building a bolt gun for the purpose of medium range 100 to 600 yard plinking and coyote hunting.
It all started with a Tikka T3X action i found on equipment exchange for $850.00 shipped to my door. So then i was on the hunt for a chassis and barrel.
I found a Chassis with a full arca rail. Once again on equipment exchange for $500.00 shipped and then i reached out to JC barrels to have a custom barrel made for me.
I got the rifle all put together about a month or so ago after waiting about 8 months to have the barrel made
Finally had some time to work up a couple loads and found one it seems to like. So far i have settled on this. PMC brass, 75gr Hornady BTHP with 25gr CFE223 but iam sure ill try more in the future, Hoping to tighten the groups once i get some more trigger time on the rifle. My Hornady app is down at the moment but its under an inch at 100 yards

Still on the hunt for a muzzle brake but i just threw on a cheap comp i had laying around
Scope is a Night Force Nx8 2.5-20
