Doubt it. Their form factor sucks.

But the sectional density should be very high, balancing off the crappy form factor.

Edit - Just saw that they are .277" diameter. Sectional density will be 0.372.

Should yaw very quickly, I bet it does some damage.
They say it exhibits quite a bit of instability even in flight, so I'm guessing it's not quite as accurate as the Blackout.

If they threw a thin cannelure in there and got it to break in half it'd be even deadlier.
