Short of doing the math in your head, you can send it to the custom shop (if that manufacturer has), otherwise, buy a scope that way.

If you are interested, the Isnipe program will do the calculations for you. Plus a bunch more good stuff.

It runs on an Iphone or Ipod touch, if they interest you.

Which scope? Leupold apparently will be offering conversions to their M5 turrets (.1 mil clicks) which will go nicely with their TMR reticle which I happen to have. Lots of interest back in Feb on Snipershide etc, then the conversion of old scopes date got pushed way back. I'll check again in Dec or so.
