My 2yr old bull yeilded roughly 300+lbs of meat give or take.Thats an Alberta moose shot on farmland. I had him cut up to the following; 1x hindquarter minute steaks (yes thats right minute steaks), 5 roasts (we don't eat alotta roast), steaks (crap-load) and the rest burger. That completly filled one 8.8cube freezer with about 1/4 into the other 8.8, if remember correctly. But as was mentioned, you then lack sufficient room for sorting thru & looking for specific cuts, but that was'nt too entirely hard as I had all the min.steaks on the bottom and one side, steaks on the other, with the few roast in the middle, then burger near the back. The remaining burger went in the other 8.8 cube along with a 2yr old whitetail buck.
