I have a "secret" for you both...when someone is "large" like me, the first criteria is finding something that fits......:redface:


Which is also why I like large/XL "plate carriers", sans plates......:evil:


But hey, if you're thin/fit enough, it's fine to keep-up with the latest trends and fashions.....:yingyang:

That's quite interesting. Never heard of a permit issued on those criteria. I expect there isn't enough back pressure without a bullet to cycle properly.
 
I don't understand the ten speed mounted above the double mags.

If I could make a humble suggestion, move the doubles to the side, m4 ten speed to where the doubles are now and push the pistol mags up to your chest. Might slim it down a bit for you?

Ill put mine up shortly.

Thats actually a great idea!!!
It does get difficult to draw those mags on my chest quickly.

Well it is payday today and this thread is making me want to order a sweet setup right now!

From what i can find available which of these would you recommend ?

BFG LMAC
High Ground Gear Plate Carrier
TT L.P.A.C.

The BFG has caught my eye but i may be missing many other options?
 
I expect this thread is full of photos with chest rigs, plate carries and such. What I see if full of argument.

I will post pic tonight, I build this chest rig to run my CSA Vz 58, I spent sometime looking for low profile carry and more modernize than chicom ( simple, effective but tired of using that at Cambodia, we got those issue ). I choose the AK 47 chest rig from strike hard gear, cheap and they got a good review on their material. I add a radio pouch to hold my Motorola XTS 3000 along with nacre quiet pro, on the left I have a scout knife with kydex sheath mounted vertical. It's very light for what it is.
