OAL is under 26" on all of them isn't it? If this is 21" w/9" barrel, the other ones would be 25" with a 13" barrel.

Also, OAL doesn't make a gun restricted unless it folds, collapses, or otherwise. My guess would be these are registered as handguns.

I stand corrected. I thought the longer barrel version was just over 26" thus being non-restricted, but see now that did not apply and is not the case.

My guess would be the 9" barrel ones (likely all of them) are registered as handguns, which would make them R regardless of length and putting a full stock on won't do jack because once a handgun, always a handgun.
