A 1911 in .45 will likely come in due time, it is 2011 after all, but I'm really thinking .22 pistol for my wife right now - however she is really leaning to a revolver which I can't disagree with (if it is single action).

Okay. Since my last post in this thread I've passed the test for my RPAL. Funny thing was it wasn't even scheduled - last minute availability and I jumped at it.
