Has anyone managed to disassemble one of these?
I just had my new one out for the first time after sighting it in. Out for grouse in the foothills and it turned out to be a pretty wet day.. I was hoping to get into the reliever to clean and lube everything. Turns out I can't figure out how. There is a main screw rear of the trigger that seems to hold the stock on and looks like holds the trigger group in place as we'll however I can't get the screw to turn. It looks like it's been ground down on the other side to keep it from turning.
I have a hard hard time believing that Chiappa would build a permanently sealed receiver and install a stock that can't be removed.
Any help would be really appreciated... As I'm stumped.
