Chiappa Double Badger? Any hands on?

Near $100 cheaper than the savage 42, but with wood & steel construction - and double triggers(quicker follow up, no hammer to screw around with)
The lack of an external hammer is a like/dislike situation for myself.

Anyways, not much info on the net from the average joe, so anyone on here try one out?
 
Is it a falling-block action, and not a break-action like the Savage 42, as well?
Damn, I want!

I kinda wish they'd pilfer one of the four rails from the Little Badger, and put just one on here though... :p
