Chiappa Double Badger

Thought I'd post here even though it has a .410 attached to it.

Anyone have time on this gun? How is it holding up? Any problems?

I saw Brobee's great video with his daughter hunting squirrels and think this would serve well for my needs.


Durability, quirks etc, pls add what you feel.

I held a savage 42 the other day and dont think that will cut it. Any other rimfire O/U suggestions much appreciated.

I have little badgers in 22lr and 22wmr and I love them.I looked at the double badger, and it's a nice firearm, but far heavier than I am willing to pack around in the bush.

I sold my 42 when I got my hands on a Double Badger. It is a little rough in spots and the trigger guard is too small for winter gloves but it works well and kills game birds for me.

Pick a new one up 18 months ago. Haven't used it much. no problems So far
Nice combo gun for the price.

I could never buy a chiappa....they make so much crap its almost unbelievable they are still in business....
I'd buy one of these Baikal if I could ever find one in stock....
