Chiappa Lever action pistol

Is this available in Canada? I would love this in .357. Not sure if this a pistol or a rifle, but either way it would be restricted here if its available. Mods please move to the right forum if i got it in the wrong spot.

if you search " mares leg " and " rossi ranch hand " there are several threads about these .

in the states it is considered a pistol , in canada it is considered a rifle .

i stand corrected on it being a pistol and being restricted. didnt know about it being called a mares leg. thanks for the info.
