Chiappa Little Badger Mod Project - Holy Moley....

If you're thinking about doing this check out the ESEE Candiru. It's a bit smaller than the Izula and the sheath fits inside the wire stock just like it was made for it.
I went with the Izula only because it has a larger blade.

where is a good place to get these up here?

Does anyone know where in Canada you can buy the Kensight M1 Carbine rear aperture sight? Apparently it is a great steel replacement sight for the cheap plastic one that comes on it.

The sights are pretty crude for sure, which is a shame because they shoot well! I shimmed mine with some pop can aluminum to remove the side to side play and it works pretty good. I also put a dab of white paint on the top of the front sight. I'd really like a fibre optic front sight instead of the black plastic post.

Does the Kensight M1 Carbine mount easily? Might have to add one to the next Brownell's order.....

I got mine from Bushcraft Canada.
Warriors & Wonders have them too but Bushcraft Canada has them on sale right now for around $25 less than W & W.

Izula - h ttp://www.workwearcanada.com/products/detail.cfm?product=154(Not a sponsor so I had to break the links)

Just a heads up, you need to get the Izula or Candiru kit in order to get the hard sheath, otherwise they come with just a nylon sheath.

Where would you find the barrel mounted sling swivel attachment clamp pictured in the OP's video? I can't find them for less than $35 online. :p

Also, since I don't have a band saw, so I'm using parts from a .22lr ammo wallet to make the sidesaddle ammo holder.

My understanding is that you must drill a hole in it so minor mod required.

well, they are the super duper best so ya, you need one!

They probably aren't the next item on my to-buy list, but they are certainly somewhere on the list...

My biggest issue would be picking a caliber. The 22mag gives better preformance obviously, but the 22lr would allow me to use 22short for taking out rabbits/grouse without a big-game spooking report... Im leaning towards 22lr so it's more useful as a small game gun while out big game hunting...

I haven't tried it yet, but apparently you can shoot 22lr out of the 22wmr version.

as to shooting shorts, for sound, the little badger is crazy quiet gun, if you run shorts in it or even CCI quiets that gun is barely a whisper.
super quiet gun.
not sure why its so quiet but it is.
im probably just use to semi-auto's.

You are correct and rlummerding is correct as well.Without an adapter the case will swell, split, and greatly reduce velocity and accuracy. There are some available online but the ,manufacturers are just using a 22 mag case with the head ground off. They then cut a small channel down halfway down the middle of the casing ,so it expands into the chamber. If they are left long they might need to be pried out with tweezers The 22 lr cartridge then fits perfectly into the mag casing. Some people make many of them, insert .22lr ammo into them; and then lightly grease the outside, so it extracts with the spent .22 round. That way the shooter can Taylor their ammo for the job on hand. Some CCI quiet for sneaking up on some grouse, and then up to the .22 mag for the Coyote's. A few standard velocity for less damage to the meat.[it's hard to talk this way because I am a vegetarian and don't hunt, but understand that this gun does these things, and it can feed people]
