Recently purchased a used auto ord paratrooper stock of one of those new ones and fitted it to a chiappa 9mm .Had to add a muzzel break adaptor to make the magic 660mm/26 " mark and its over now .Took it out for a run and its still fun littler carbine .

I keep looking to see where the hidden Martini action is in that pic...

I've often thought of getting one of these (standard Chiappa 9mm) as I'd like a pistol-calibre carbine but don't like the "tactical" AR-15 style. But I've read some very iffy reviews of the Chiappa. Yours is apparently OK?

Looks good. Any issues with rear sight moving around? Had to dimple my receiver for the sight set screw and use some green loctite. Have Gen 1 and a Gen 2.

Nice looking setup, looks like a fun time.

Pretty sure a threaded on muzzle brake adapter doesn't legally add to the OAL though.

It was 2mm short and its not easily removed without tools .It is not to increase barrel length as the barrel before is 19 inches .Over all length is acceptable

No worries, just what I read when I've looked into it before. I only mentioned it because you made note of it in the first post.

I like the rifle though.

Same here!
It's the one hole in my small set of firearms.
A reliable 9mm carbine rifle that doesn't look like a plastic, tactical abortion :(
The terrible reviews I keep reading are what holds me back from the Chiappa alone. Aside from that I'd have been all over it a long time ago.

well I did not like the adaptor on the end of the barrel .So looked it over and the barrel is only held in with a set screw and locktite .pulled the barrel off and threaded the end on the lath and made a 24 hole muzzle brake on the mill and 3 hours later looks more appealing .
