Chiappa M1-9 NSR Carbine 9mm 19" Non-Restricted

Wow... not at that price... the pervious version has reliability issues and unless they fixed that (giving them the benefit of the doubt) I doubt these will sell well.

That said, I think it has potental

Looks like an expensive edgy Girlfriend with a sheet ton of baggage!. Attractive in a weird way, but you know you will be disappointed..........

Does this version offer any changes from the previous version other than the stock / chassis? Is the fake suppressor removable? If so can we see pictures of it removed? Are the buttstock / buffer tube / grip all AR compatible? Is the stock itself polymer or painted wood? Would be nice to have some more information available about these things. Thank you

What’s with the bubbling on the upper hand guard?

Looks like paint to me. Marlin does something similar on their dark series rifles, I assume for added texture...

Blowback action is the same as the regular M1-9.

Faux suppressor is removable and is secured with threadlocker. No we have not removed it as they're all being shipped to dealers as we speak.

Buttstock/buffer tube and pistol grip are AR compatible.

Stock is painted wood with embossed texture for enhanced grip.

If the price is reasonable I might be interested.

Seems like a good candidate for a folding stock.

I found an Israeli M1 Carbine folder -stock only- on EE, fits perfect, but you have to dremel out the fore.channel. Can be done with a Walnut Para Stock, a guy on here has a couple he did. I wouldn't waste a nice wood folder on this. Hope mine works. Havent shot it yet. Last one {older one} got a cracked bolt.{was fixed under warranty} The older ones with issues have a manual Hold Open. There's a 'nipple' on bottom of charging handle, just push into the dipple on receiver. Pretty sure they all still have the dimples..but no functioning Hold open.
