Chiappa M4 22lr uppers?

they work great! have a friend with one. Pity he moved away, i accidently aquired 2 brand new black dog mags on bad advice as they won't work with my cmmg kit. Now i have to find some one with one to purchase two mags at a discount, sigh......
 
I have this kit on my norc ar it works great no problems. just swap out the upper and you have a ar in .22. I am at 2 ranges outdoor no fun in the winter and a indoor pistol range. the fact I can shoot my ar at a pistol range indoors is great for me. I use it also to train newbies to the ar platform and then move them up in caliber. yes I agree the price is the same as a whole 22 rifle. but the beauty of this it gives me 2 rifles in one with the same trigger and is real easy to clean just like any other ar upper.
 
Which way to go

I'm curious as to which way would be the best to go, this or say a Spikes or similar conversion kit. About a $140.00 price difference. The upper isn't the same price as another 22lr either, you know it would end up being a whole heck of alot more than that in the end!!!;)

its a great upper!

I have one, shot a full brick through it last night with out a single jam.

yes you can buy a 10-22 or a remmie but if you want a full 22 converson this is better than a cheap drop in.
