Are your screws totally wrecked or just ugly from bad screwdrivers? Those Chiappa screws can be made to look beautiful again with a little peening, minimal filing, polishing and heat-bluing (with a heat gun even).... I did a couple of mine that were munched -- and now they're nicer than factory. After that, I polished and heat-blued most of the heads because they look better than factory. Maybe this ain't your problem, and this post is a waste of time -- but if this is your problem, I can tell you exactly what to do.
