I guess there's no chance the nanny state would let us have this Chiappa Rak 22 semiautomatic rifle.

I'd never heard of that model, but having looked (and this being Canada of course)....my guess is this would be deemed as an "AK Variant". =no no list.

Def no go not only would it be no go like all the other look alikes it IS a Romanian ak with a 22lr sub caliber style bolt and magazine.
