"Dear *****,

Thank you for your interest in Chiappa Firearms! Although our Chiappa Rhino 4" model boasts a 4" flush barrel, we have the ability to produce a 4.2" barrel for our Canadian Customers, however, these need to be purchased on the distributor level. The Rhino has sparked quite a bit of interest and we thank you for yours!

I'm down for a 4.2" .357Magnum!!

4.2" news made my day.
I do like the fact that the 6" gets a rail on the top. Since the model I'm interested is stainless, I'll probably have a shop remove the rail on the bottom of mine. :)

The 4.2" sounds great but damn that rail underneath just doesn't help its looks at all. A 4.2" or 5" .44 mag would be fantastic in my mind. I'm not complaining mind you as I am likely to pick one of these up regardless. They say the barrel is interchangeable on their website. I wonder how easily? I would get a 4.2" and 6" barrel for mine.

Stainless Polished Version Price (MSRP):
2- and 3-inch, $775
4-inch, $899
5-inch, $925
6-inch, $980.

It would be nice if like Rugers they were atually less than the MSRP ;)

Well I can tell you that one of my suppliers has started to receive their Chiappa shipments. Hopefully the Rhino will be in soon.

They list the 357mag 5" blued version. I will be selling it @ $950+tax and shipping.

I haven't seen any reviews but it does look like an interesting gun with the bottom of the barrel for the firing position. I'm wondering if this compromises the reliability of the gun (revolvers obviously being known for never having issues).
